Actually you can duplicate the insert key. I was following W0YK's excellent
suggestions that he presented at Contest University last year. Now, when I
click on Entry-->Send Call and Exch (the second item down), it shows
APOSTROPHE. In the Keyboard Shortcuts, it's listed at
EntrySendCallExchange.

I don't think you can program any key to duplicate the Insert key function.
That is not a choice among any of the keyboard shortcut commands. I suppose
since Insert itself is programmed within WL to do its function Wayne did
offer the option in the keyboard shortcuts choices to alter that key.
