[WriteLog] UBA DX Contest not listed

The UBA DX Contest is not listed in my latest version 11.  It looks like it 
used to be and there is file listed that has this contest in it.  I want to use 
WriteLog this weekend for this contest but I don't want to download and install 
anything that may mess up the current version's contests.  How can I get this 
contest put into my Version 11?
