Until further notice do not use 2Tone or MMTTY/EXTFSK64 at 75 baud
FSK with microHAM "keyer" interfaces (I have not tested USB II and
USB III). For 75 baud operation, use AFSK or use MMTTY's UART
(COM port) mode.
I do not know what has changed but while UART transmit at 75 baud and
45 baud software generated FSK (2Tone/EXTFSK) works properly, software
generated 75 baud FSK at is clearly distorted. My suspicions center
on USB timing but I will need to create a "clean" system for further
testing.
