I've heard from others that invoking ALT+0 when sending a request for a repeat
in the WAE RTTY module sends "PSE RPT QTC:0" instead of "QTC 10".
Appears to be a bug.

When asking for a repeat of QTC #10, ALT+0 does not work. Can someone confirm
this for me? I heard this doesn't work but have been swamped and unable to test
it.
