Chuck,
The only way I have ever been able to make this work in recent years is
to log in with the Administration account. It is not sufficient just to
"open as Administrator". In Windows 7 I have to enable the user account
for Administrator, shut down, start up and log in as Admin, run the file
download, run the update, shut down, relog in as my radio user and then
disable the Admin user account.
Doing anything else, the download fails. Strange behavour

have a bunch of "unknown" mults in the log...
