[WriteLog] CW Speed Display

I'm using 12.07H. The CW speed display that always had appeared at the
bottom of the QSO Entry window is gone. I see the speed for the selected
radio in the "send CW" (ALT-K) window. Is this a new feature or a bug? I'd
call it a bug because it isn't easy to see your sending speed when you
change it. OTOH, it does free up some space on the screen.
