Found one msg with a space..AFTER..the %E..
But it was not the first line (F02)..it was F07.
Box now a no show!...I just imported my messages from last year. All worked
OK then. I just upgraded to ver 12 and I like it!

This message is a result of a problem one user had where the messages
would not work and Wayne (or someone) determined the problem was caused by a
space character at the very end of the message (after %E). Wayne immediately
put this error message in to tell users of a space after %E.
If you have a space after %E or at the end of any message, it will cause
the messages not to work correctly.

I use win 7. So it's not just on 10!
Never saw that msg either before yesterday.

win 10 did update several days ago and all kinds of weird stuff
happened. Strangest showed up yesterday when i opened a new log in
Writelog to set up for next week end rtty test. Put all my messages in
starting each with %r and ending all with space %E... hit ok/apply and a
message box appeared with the following: rtty memory %E not at end of
message. Do you really want that? yes or no. I have never seen this
behavior before. Thought maybe it had something to do with %e being in
lower or upper case.... made no difference. Finally just closed the
whole window and the messages seem to just work just fine. No problem
with the band map window! maybe putting the space in front of the %e
