[WriteLog] Generic Logging Contest.

Any way of making a contest log with just Call Name and QTH for all band
capabilities?

We have used NAQPSSB/CW in the past for logging for Museum Ships, K3Y, and
recently NPoTA.  We ran 17,20, and 40m but have capabilities to operate
other bands a well.  So it would be nice to have just the 3 fields but will
all band capabilites.
