You can remove what you do not want.  If you want qth, and name fine.

go to contest, exchange parameter set up. Check or uncheck Prompt as wanted.

I use this mode daily, only have call, rst and name.

someone to set down and with a short bit of instruction log calls in write
log but not make it look too fierce on first glance.
