[WriteLog] Web update files

I know I must be doing something wrong, but can't figure out what! When I click 
on the web update files tab (for both country and data file updates) the 
updates show up in the box. When I click the install updates tab, the response 
is "cannot unzip file" and the process is cancelled. I must be missing 
something......
