[WriteLog] WL12.10E Band Map

I have rig control reporting frequency and cluster providing spots but when
I open the Band Map window it is plain grey with no band map displayed.

I feel sure in earlier versions of WL simply opening the band map window
would cause the band map to be displayed.  Has something changed in 12.10E?
