[WriteLog] Friend.ini & Band map problems

My apologies.  I am running WL 12.10E under Windows 10 not Windows 7 as
reported earlier.  I am struggling to get friend.ini to work.  I suspect I
have failed to locate the file where WL 12.10E expects to find it.

A re-installation of WL has the Band map operating.  Thanks to an earlier
note from AA5AU.

Now if I can just get friend.ini to work all will be well.
