 Jo,

I have had the same experience with my MP on
15 and 75m. Other people are having similiar
experiences. I called Yaesu last week and could
not get through. Left a message but they have
not returned my call.

Additionally, currently on 20m the tuner will lock in "WAIT" when main
VFO is between 14213 14233. By the way, the SWR between these
frequencies is
less than 3:1.
On all other 20m frequencies the tuner works OK.

At other times, with the same antenna that the
tuner tuned correctly the day before it would
not tune again.

Please send me the date of manufacture for
your MP. Mine is Sept 10, 1996, cpu version 1.3.

Use the hidden menu 9-5 and 9-8 to determine
this information. Regards.

Paul. W2CW
