Heck, the Telcos are already "charging an arm & a leg" to the ISP's.
The ISP's need the continued high volume of subscribed customrs
to get a profit for their services.

Anyhow, if this rumer actually does happen in the future,
there may be more Hams returning to the HF ham bands
instead of cruising the internet.
