Problem is whether you want to make it or purchase the solution
In this part of the world we are still able to solve many of our problems
without going to buy something,
I had some local noise on 80/160m and they were solved with use of a frame
antenna - this in spite of sayings that vertical antenna is bad for noise.
Probably a vertical radiator is, but my frame antenna solved my problems

A frame antenna for 136kHz is shown on my site, and it is easy to scale it to
another frequency range, since I used the experience from 80/160m to build a
successful frame antenna for LF. It is usually not neccessary to tune it within
the 80 and 160m bands, but it may help
