[Yaesu] DVK on Mark V Field

Hi

Is there a way to use DVK(Voice keying) without the DVS-2 on the Field, like 
using a digi mode interface and plug into the 5 pin socket on the back?

So you have pre recorded .wav files on the computer and when using Writelog for 
example the wav files can be played, rig TX's and the audio is transmitted?
