[Yaesu] FT1000MP Panel Lights

Both of my FT1000MP's panel lights can take up to 20 seconds to illuminate
after they are first turned after having been off for a week or so. If I
turn them on the same day or next, they generally illuminate within seconds.
The RX works fine during this time.

 

Any thoughts, ideas or fixes?
