Mike,
Go to www.militec-1.com or go to a local gun shop and buy a small
bottle of Militec. You may also find it
in a hardwarestore.
Remove the fan,then take off the dust cover and remove the rubber plug.
Put in 1 or 2 drops of militec and give it a whirl. I have used this
stuff on frozen fans
and the have worked silently for years.
