Wrong. According to Yaesu technical bulletin TB-93201 they started with lot 28 in FT-1000D... Jan, I'm sure your data is correct. I should have clarified that the MP series was Yaesu's first HF transceiver to incorporate PIN diodes in the initial Rx design and not a mid-production re-design. Thanks.
