[Amps] tube source

Hi,

I'm looking for a source for the Svetlana 4cx800a tube.  RF Parts no longer 
sells them.  I need ones that have been tested/gettered, as it's my 
understanding only surplus tubes are out there now.  Any feedback appreciated.
