Glenn you have to be specific.
Spare parts - what part(s), how old is your amp, is it warranty or
purchase.
Product support - who have you tried to contact, by what method - email,
phone, how many times, any reply.

Any statement without supporting details has little value.  Your problem
could be simple miscommunication.  There is usually two sides to each
story.
