viking I or II is interesting.
   Would be great for a small amplifier for around 500 watts PEP output.
The plate tank circuit is designed for 400watts PEP output. 1200 or so peak DC 
plate voltage. 
If you found a scrap one with the plate tanke could make a good pair 572B or 4x 
 811A amp.

Have you considered using a cabinet of the type used for older model
ham transmitters/receivers?

For example:
Johnson Viking I/II
Collins 75A/2/3/4

There are hundreds of these things out there .. some in JUNK condition
.. that could be repainted/restored .. and would serve your purpose
quite well.
