Jerome,

Myself, I would place the value within the range of a Drake L-4B in similar 
condition.  Mostly common construction, and 80m-10m only.  I believe the 
Hammond is mostly identical to the Viewstar PT-2500A, less 160m and some 
minor differences.

These amps use commonly found parts and tubes so finding suitable 
replacements isn't too difficult.
