[CQ-Contest] QSL route for 5A1A--valid?

Has anyone received a QSL card confirmation from 5A1A according to route
listed on callsign servers, i.e.direct registered mail with cash only?

I would appreciate knowing if others have received QSLs and/or if this
route is not working.  Please respond to me directly so as not to waste
reflector space.
