[CQ-Contest] April CQ and CQ WW Results

The April CQ was released April 1 in digital format. CQ Communications is just 
getting the March  CQ in the mail now.  The April Print issue will go in the 
mail after that. CQ is having problems with the printer and the distribution. 
Rich W2VU says things will get better soon.

The CQ WW Committee is getting a handle of rules infractions.  My suggestion is 
to stay clean and have fun. Even the best operators have occasional NIL's due 
to QRM and timing.
