[CQ-Contest] Operating IOTA Contest Remotely

I've contacted Mike, G3VYI who runs the IOTA Contest. If he tells me 
that any QSO's I make operating remotely wouldn't count or wouldn't 
count as a multiplier I will just skip operating the IOTA Contest from 
PJ4. I don't want to waste my money because it isn't cheap for me to 
reserve time on the remote station.
