Correct on no SS multiplier changes for 2025 after the RAC section change that
was announced in July. This is clearly stated on the ARRL's Sweepstakes
webpage:
https://www.arrl.org/sweepstakes

"NOTE: No Changes to Sweepstakes Multipliers for 2025.
The 2024 multiplier list will be used for all Section-based contests for the
remainder of 2025. Canadian stations located in Yukon, Northwest Territories
and Nunavut should continue to send TER (Territories) as their section."

Last I heard rules are going to stay where they are until 2026. No YT section
until then.
