This S9 chirpy signal starts up on 80m about 6am local time. It repeats every
14 KHz or so and drifts up and down the band. After 15-30 minutes it shuts off.

This peaks toward the NW where there's a super Walmart about 2 miles away.
If it were on all the time I'd try to track it down but I guess I can
live with it.
