I had mentioned in a previous email that could buy and distribute the
programmed PICs. The cost of the PIC from Mouser is about $5 each. I was
going to charge a few $ to do the programming and shipping. I haven't set a
price but something around $3 a PIC should do it. If you ask around, you
may be able to get someone locally to program the part. The 16F84 part is a
real Generic PIC. Does this sound OK?

I understand this group buy is for just the bare board. How would be PIC
programming be handled? I wonder if response is slowed than desired because
people would have to find or buy a PIC programming setup to complete the
project, even if the code is freely available.
