He said "WL QRV ON 1822 AT 1200Z TODAY".
On 160M, in this morning the last day for JA, V5/W8UVZ brought fair
signal into JA and George gave us band-new and also made the first ever
QSO on 160 between V5 and JA in this DXpedition.
Guess more than 50 JAs got V5 on the top-band finally.
