TopBand: P29VXX on 1822.5 today

This morning (Wednesday 26th) P29VXX was copied from 1514Z to 1520Z on
1822.5 QSX up 9 and JA.  He was coming in higher angle (receivable best on
the horizontal loop).
He was on 1826.5 until at least 1502Z.
