It sure doesn't seem to be happening.
Last night, I asked R1ANF the same question. They do not have an
antenna for 160 - but he did seem to offer some hope that they might.
He used the word "yet" and also seem very apologetic, so maybe there
is hope. They seem pretty active on 40, so you might gently prod them
as well. Their QTH is the South Shetlands.
Still lots of noise here - no European signals have been heard
recently.
