I agree with Steve. There is something strange about accessing the Carib
area from the bottom half. Although it is closer to ZS than most of NA,
Carib signals are very rare at this QTH as well. Even when they are spotted
on the webcluster, they just don't seem to appear, even at our SR. The only
ones I have heard in 17 months of operation were 8P9DX and VP5FXB, both in
late Jan/early Feb this year.
