Great way to test the beverages though, I got a QSL from a Texan using a
wire stretched along the base boards in his retirement home apartment (CQWW
160). He said I asked for a few repeats, but we made it. I was as
impressed as he was.

PS, may not be on 160 this season, a grass fire took out ALL antennas 3
weeks ago. Tower will be dumped (base insulating section is
smoked) beverages gone, 400ft of 7/8" heliax down the tubes. :(
