Hi Doug,

You can ground all the elements except for the drivers with minimal =
affect on the array.  As the PVC used is not designed to withstand the =
high voltage possible, since the array will be at the end of the =
monopole, I would recommend an additional layer of insulating tape =
between the PVC and the aluminum.  This precaution is only suggested if =
you plan on using 1500 watts or more.
