     FYI.  Looks like 1. hams in US DON'T get an allocation at 136 kHz; 2.
DO get an allocation, albeit five discrete channels and at 50 W ERP, for USB
at 5 MHz; and 3. current allocation at 2400-2402 MHz becomes PRIMARY for US
amateurs.  Win some, lose some.
