Bill this may be not the correct way but if you use cable clamps on your
guys at the tower, you could run a wire from under one of the nuts on the
clamp to the tower.
If you use grips at the tower you could use a split bolt on the cable to
fasten the wire to the cable.
On the tower you could use a U bolt (muffler clamp arrangment) on the leg of
the tower and fasten the wire under the nut on the clamp.
None of this would affect the job of the guy but would give you an
electrical connection between the two.
