There is a much better book for "our purposes" in my opinion. I own or
have access to in my work library, almost every book you can see on the
amazon pages associated with the book you mention.

It is cheaper, it does not cover the tremendous range of antenna
possibilities Mailloux's wonderful book does, but these extreme cases
are simply not useful for amateur radio purposes.
Mailloux would be a great reference to have on your shelf if you were
studying mutual coupling between thousand element patch antenna arrays
with various types of feeds and you were being paid piles of DOD money.
