Getting ready for the DX season on topband, I want to know what direction is
best suited for a EWE antenna for EU contacts and possibly AF stations?

Also, I have a Pennant that will be used for PAC, ZL, VK and JA is there a
comprimise direction to aim either of the two antennas?

Currently, I have the EWE aimed at 40 degrees NNE
I will be moving the EWE in a few weeks so that it is further into the woods
and out of the yard area. The EWE is 12'H x 45'L x 12"H with two ground rods,
one at each vertical end with a ground wire connecting the ground rods and the
ground points for the antenna.

The Pennant is aimed at 235 degrees WSW
This antenna is of the standard 7' each side of the feedpoint for a total of
14" and 30 foot ends terminated with a 910 ohm 2 watt resistor.

The EWE is reversible by way of switches and the Pennant is rotatable thru the
point or terminating end as the vertical portion is fixed.

RG-6 CATV coax feeds all RX antennas.

Thanks for any and all help, advice, comments or suggestions. I need all the
advice I can get with this 100 watt station............
