Topband: 75 ohm coax to twisted pair Adaptors

  Found these for a friend who is thinking about going to twisted pair. He is 
currently using 75 ohm coax cable. 
  I do not have a connection with these companies.

  (Two adaptors to go from binding post to male F fitting.)    
  (plug & play needed)

  Anyone know of an un-shielded twisted pair that has about 75 ohms impeadance 
that is easily available.?
