This round is over. They are headed back to Capetown. 36 ft tall waves have knocked one of the radar and most of the comms antennas off of the ship so the captain has turned back because it's not safe to navigate. Just out on the website. Praying for the safe return so they can have another go at it, be it this season or next.

Maybe not. They seem to be in the middle of a huge storm. Sometimes,
it is
best to turn downwind/down-sea until things get better. Also, they
may have
to make some repairs, which are much easier going down-sea.
