Topband: HG0R vertical - follow up

Hi All,

It seems one of the problems can be a break or short or whatever in the 
100 meters of H1000 coax. When measured at the bottom of the antenna, 
the resonance is at 1790 kHz, and impedance is 44 ohms.
Next we are going to shorten the top hat wires so that the resonance 
comes to 1830 or so, I will update.
