I am in the process of putting up new towers now. I would suggest
renting a "cart" of concrete and getting a friend with a pickup truck to
tow it to your place. Then you could dig the hole larger and would be
able to put up larger beams in the future.
They can put up to a cubic yard in a cart. You might need several.
