"It has been brought to our attention that some of the members of Tower Talk
may have need for information regarding the proper use of Nicopress Oval
Sleeves for making terminations (eye-splices) in either galvanized steel
Aircraft Cable and/or EHS galvanized steel guy strand.  Nicopress Oval
Sleeves and the Nicopress Toggle Action Tools for installing these sleeves
were developed by the National Telephone Supply Co., at the start of World
War Two, for use in the aviation industry.  If you have need for application
data and instructions for your guys, we would be pleased to supply
information to you.
