Sounds you and I went through the same problems! Here in Niagara Falls The
ordinance for height limitations was reduced to 35ft max on 1 Jan. 97. I had
to look twice to make sure I did not writr the letter!! hihi.....My hearings
were both approved unanimously (spell chk!). Now I have my Sky Needle and
TA-36 flying high. I think the fact that the Tower is collapsable also helped
but all the paperwork I provided was an added weapon too. Gud luck and
