K1VR:  Are you a DX'er or contester?  As gain goes up, beamwidth goes
down.After all, it's gotta come from somewhere!  With stacking, you
create a wider, deeper footprint, but you are weaker. I've invented a
phrase for this:  "It's a trade-off." A TH7 is the equivalent of a 3 el
beam on 20 and 15, a 4 el beam on 10.

Me?  I'm a contester. I have a three high stack of TH6/TH7. I'd rather be
relatively loud in a lot of places than really loud in a few.
