Hi George,

Locktite might be a better fix than what I suggested.  I really don't have
much experience with Locktite and don't know how it will work between the
aluminum bearing material and the steel set screw.  It may be perfectly OK.

I also don't know how sell it works outside.  Again, it may be perfectly OK.

I also don't know how hard it would be to get the set screw out if you ever
wanted to.  Yet again, it may be perfectly OK.

So I just recommended what I was familiar and comfortable with . . .
