Penetrox is available from most electrical supply houses; not sure about 
"Home Depot"-style stores.  It is primarily used as a joint compound for 
connecting aluminum wire (god forbid) to electrical fittings.  You can 
get a bottle that will last you a lifetime and will store easily in your 
chemical cabinet.
