Hi All,
I have done the following checks up to this point:
Rotated the beam 45 degress on the mast (no change)
Removed beam checked the loading coils and done the mods with machine
screws, some corrosion was noticed on one reflector coil connection.
Checked all measurements and cleaned connections. Also set for Mid freq.
as in manual.
Raised the beam to its final height and recorded the swr before bolting
to the mast. All looked very good, but after it was bolted to the mast
things have changed.
Before After bolting to mast
2-1 7.038 2.3 7.038
1.4 7.060 1.8 7.060
1.4 7.068 1.7 7.068
1.3 7.130 1.5 7.130
1.5 7.160 1.6 7.160
1.7 7.200 2-1 7.200
2-1 7.260 2.5 7.260
Data was recorded with a MFJ 209. 100` RG 213 feedline to beam.

Now I`m really confused...Does this make any sense?
Does this tell me there is some interaction here?

Comments....
