Hi Doug -

Our club has used my HyGain TH2 tribander for Field Day for the past four
years, and it has worked out great. This antenna is light and rugged and
has a 6' boom, which makes it easy to install on a simple mast (point west
and shoot, from Virginia). It is easy to take apart and stick in the barn
when not in use or to tie to the side of my tower for an "extra" fixed beam
in contests. I got mine in rough shape (needed two new tip elements and I
had to take the traps apart and refurbish some parts) for $30. HyGain still
lists them on their web page for $256. See:
